LPS-231-U / LPS-235-U & LPS-241-B / LPS-245-B series are factory assembled with dynamically tested Agitator Unbalanced Double Mechanical Seals used with various types of equipments like a Mixer, Agitator, Vessel & Glass lined Reactors which are mixture and reaction various types of media. These seals are independent of direction of rotation. The bearing support to drive smoothly and protect the seal faces to loads of other equipment parts. These seals have Top, Side & Bottom entry type fitments is out-side of equipment, these seals are supplied with cooling water jacket & thermosyphon system which help to maintain cool environment around the seal faces, these seals are also required lubricant and quenching system. All parts are interchangeable, one can convert this series LPS-231-U/LPS-241-B to LPS-235-U/LPS-245-B by changing only the dynamic ring and the secondary seal, this principle is ideal for stock rationalization, these agitator seals are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:
